I got the preliminary frame built on my truck tonight,
looks like it will be more than stable for the antenna
support... even without a strap to hold it down

Kit and I took a drive on Highway 2 today and checked
out Chilao Flats - Looks like the best place for our
field day site. We have a relatively un-obstructed 360
degree view for HF.
